My husband and I had another great experience at Porsche Southpoint with Roy and Colleen. I traded my Porsche Macan (I got from Roy a few years back) for a new Porsche Cayenne. Last week I was at my first track event and ran into one of the sponsors. Nathaniel was a breath of fresh air with his enthusiasm, kindness and wealth of knowledge of both VIR and Porsche as a brand. Hes a truly part of the Porsche cult and is proud to say so. Throughout the day he was giving ride alongs, however I wasn't brave enough to ask for one myself. My biggest question was, why the xxxx is this Porsche nut driving a Toyota? A fast one mind you, but none the less. I know if my experience with him at the track is any indicator of the service at Porsche Southpoint, I will for sure be coming to see him and his team if I'm ever in the market for a Porsche. More

We had nothing but excellent service from Roy and Zain. I ordered and purchased my 2024 Porsche Cayenne=a gorgeous machine. Had an issue on 2nd day of ownership, but the team at Southpoint had it correcte I ordered and purchased my 2024 Porsche Cayenne=a gorgeous machine. Let me start by saying this was the most excellent experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Now let’s roll back three weeks, finding my dream car. My wife and I searched, we found one at Wilmingt experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Now let’s roll back three weeks, finding my dream car. My wife and I searched, we found one at Wilmington Porsche, drove an hour and fifteen minutes to purchase a used 2018 911 S with 6000 miles. That they weren’t certifying as a certified pre owned because “it cost substantially more to do so”. We were thirty minutes out to go purchase the vehicle and we received phone call that check engine light was on. We arrive and the car is ripped apart so they can change spark plugs because it was misfiring.. red flag after red flag.. we ended up leaving without car because it continued to misfire after plugs were changed, and no one could make us feel secure in this purchase. We went back to searching… which is when we found Southpoint, and we are so happy we found our new family/home. Roy and Gary Matt and Edwin Ian and Vicki Dean and Colleen These are the individuals we dealt with and I can’t say enough about each one of them. Roy is the most caring and detailed salesman, he went above and beyond. Roy took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain each feature. Colleen was very thorough and explained each document as went through them at signing. Ian had originally taken this used car in, so he took the time to explain the back story on the vehicle which was nice to know. Vicki is the most pleasant receptionist I have ever come across. We definitely did not look like we should be buying a Porsche , but they didn’t judge they just treated us like family from the time we walked in until the time we left. Dean took the time to come speak with us and again super guy, made us feel comfortable that we were in the right place. I could go on and on, but the main point is, if you’re looking in to buying a Porsche, your experience should be amazing, you WILL find that at Southpoint Porsche… Their team is amazing, they make you feel welcomed and like family.
