Gloria was an excellent service person, identified issues and got it addressed asap. I believe car has a design issue that Porsche needs to address and fix. I should not have to have this issue twice in twelve months. I really think Porsche owes me for this problem. As is, car is a lemon and I expect Porsche to make restitution to me. Also, Porsche Gold Coast didn’t fix the problem or even advise me that it could recur, having not investigated or removing the debris adequately when they did the initial repair. They deserve an F on customer service. More
