A great dealership Started looking for my fifth Boxster in December. Came across an ad for a 2013 Boxster that was located at South Shore. Called and spoke to Joe Bian Started looking for my fifth Boxster in December. Came across an ad for a 2013 Boxster that was located at South Shore. Called and spoke to Joe Bianco. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Predicated upon our discussions and negotiations I flew from Washington, DC to JFK and picked up the car. The car had been completely detailed and was all that was advertised, and in fact, even more. The paperwork was painless and shortly thereafter I drove back to Washington. In sum, the folks at Porsche South Shore were a joy to work with and the car is a joy. The price was great, and the follow-up from Joe to ensure the 300 mile drive to DC was uneventful, was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely look to South Shore for my next car. More

Having seen the vehicle I wanted online, I figured I could risk the trip and suffer the usual consequences of dealers playing games with me upon arrival. Not the case at all! I called ahead and they had everything ready for me once I walked thru the door. The trade in/negotiation took all of 5 minutes and I was turned around headed home in less then 2 hours. The whole staff stayed past closing time for me. I literally had to ask the detailing crew to go home instead of working late to re-wax my car. Cara, Eddy, and the whole team truly are as good as they are advertised to be! More

Can't go wrong with the brand or this dealership. I've owned many cars and dealt with many dealerships over the years and it had all led up to this point where a 911 was in the cards. Having very specific requirements made finding the right car a bit tricky and my search was essentially nationwide. Fortunately, the right dealership had the right car and made my life much easier than anticipated in getting it. Most of the dealing was done by email and phone. They sent the car out to get clear wrapped to my specifications. Everything went very smoothly. And then through circumstances beyond either of our control, a hiccup meant that I would not be able to go pick up the car so..... I would like to commend Mark I. for his exemplary service. He personally delivered the vehicle to my place of work (which was 7 HOURS away from the dealership). It was far beyond what is expected of an associate and made my experience with the brand even better than I could have anticipated. I've had my share of cars and my share of run ins with salespeople. Undoubtedly, some were good and some were bad, but Mark's service is on a different scale where comparing does him an injustice. This was the type of experience that I could expect from close friends that have known me for decades, not from a person with whom I had shared some emails and some phone calls. This was quite clearly the best business-customer relationship I have ever been involved with. More
