From the minute I arrived with a warm greeting from Kenneth Cotten, one of the Service Advisors, to paying the final bill, I truly experienced 5 Star/5 Diamond level of service the entire time I was there. I own a successful Convention/Conference Planning Company and award numerous group business to many five star/five diamond hotels and resorts around the globe. As you can imagine, I have very high service expectations. When I tell you this dealership far exceeds them, it's an understatement. They took their time with me, and even let me go back into the "heart of their house" to see my car up on the rack and Kevin Ho, Service Technician, pointed out everything the car need or really didn't need. Both Kenneth and Kevin took the time to actually educate me about what to look for when purchasing a used Porsche. It was almost like getting a crash service technical training course, which I cherished. Everyone's attitude is what more can I can do for you, how else can we ensure your experience is exceptional. The entire dealership itself is absolutely magnificent, with an amazing setup for having to wait while your car is being serviced. They have thought about all of the little things that ensurer your wait it productive, yet feeling like your at home. Great Service department I made an appt to get my 911 serviced. I was greeted promptly by Tony. They check your alignment at the service entry. Mine was off a little so I got I made an appt to get my 911 serviced. I was greeted promptly by Tony. They check your alignment at the service entry. Mine was off a little so I got it aligned too. most placed you have to request an alignment and pay for it before you know if it is out or not. I thought this was really nice to catch it before the tires wear badly. They were also very prompt and got me out of there in a couple of hours. Great looking around the dealership while I waited. All in all is was a very nice experience, I almost look forward to taking time out to go to have my car serviced again! More
