Major service on my 92 Carrera 2 My 92 Carrera 2 needed major repairs to the engine so I brought it in to the Porsche dealer with some trepidation about price/quality, etc. Chris Gib My 92 Carrera 2 needed major repairs to the engine so I brought it in to the Porsche dealer with some trepidation about price/quality, etc. Chris Gibson, Service Advisor, was extremely helpful in making sure I understood all the details of the repairs and the need to do them. He took me back to talk to the mechanic doing the work so I could understand all aspects of the job. He also kept me informed on progress, sending me updates and pictures when I was out of town. He got me a loaner car to use, and even picked us up at the airport when we returned to town.. Customer focus was superb! The final bill was very expensive but because of Chris I understood all that was involved. So far the car is running smoothly so it appears that the work was quality work, but I reserve comments for the work quality until I drive it some more. More

I was out in the parking lot writing particulars on some cars I liked. While I was looking Mike Yousefivand came out and offered one on one help. My boyfriend had wanted me to looked at 911s. Mike proceeded to spend time with me answering questions and offering advice. He was very helpful and not aggressive. I felt quite comfortable and not unduly pressured. I ended up trading my Cayman in for a 2012 Black Edition 911. Everything went well and it is a lovely car. Had my Cayman for only a year, but my boyfriend had been looking at 911s. If I recall correctly, I went in to the Torrance location last year and test drove a Cayman. I believe Mike may have helped me then. I have had Corvettes from 1992, so really needed to be sold on Porches to switch. Even though I did not look like a serious customer Mike treated me really well and assured me I could ask questions in the future. I had experiences in the past where Corvette salesman just shined me on as they must have made assumptions about me being a female. I really appreciate Mike and all his help. He is obviously knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Good experience. Boyfriend approves and thinks the car is gorgeous. More

Very friendly and helpful I have an older Cayenne that I brought in for service a couple of times the past year. Sue Campbell is really nice and very helpful. She got the service started quickly and kept me informed during the day. The maintence and repair work were done well. When a tricky turn signal problem I had needed a follow-up visit, Sue and the dealership were very responsive and did not charge me for the work. Sue also made sure I had loaner cars, which were a big help for me to juggle my work day. I highly recommend Pacific Porsche! More
