She try's to make your experiance as pain free as possible and trys to take care of your transportation needs if needed. I have been extremely happy with her work and strongly recommend anyone considering to buy a car to think of the service side of that dealership. They are the ones that will make you happy or un happy owning that vehicle!! Ron More
Of all the Porsche dealers in the L.A. area that I have visited, Pacific Porsche and specifically Sue Campbell are by far the best place to go for Porsche service. I pass other Porsche Dealers to see Sue a visited, Pacific Porsche and specifically Sue Campbell are by far the best place to go for Porsche service. I pass other Porsche Dealers to see Sue and service my Porsche, but it's worth the drive. There are no up-selling surprises and the car is ready when promised. Most importantly, my Porsche is fixed right the first time and left just as clean as when I drove in. Unlike some L.A. area Porsche Dealers there is no attitude or arrogance at this dealership. Yes, Pacific Porsche may seem like too far to drive if you live in the L.A. area, but if you want quality, friendly and honest service then I recommend Sue at Pacific Porsche. More
Great experience except that first trip to dealership was wasted on the wrong part having been ordered. As a result I drove 90 minutes total for nothing. On the second try, service and the quality of work wasted on the wrong part having been ordered. As a result I drove 90 minutes total for nothing. On the second try, service and the quality of work was top notch, as usual for this dealership. More
I frequently visit Lexus, M-Benz, and Porsche dealerships. Among them, my experiences with Porsche service agents (Pacific Porsche) has never been great. The worst thing was the employees' atti dealerships. Among them, my experiences with Porsche service agents (Pacific Porsche) has never been great. The worst thing was the employees' attitudes (I mean the people at the service desk, not the technicians). When I tried to ask what the problems were with the cars and asked for recommendations, they did not want to take time to provide me with the clear explanation. They didn't seem to be so willing to listen to the customers. I understand that the employees. They might be the best in the industry, good enough to be hired by Porsche (one of the most prestigious auto-makers in the world), but such pride shouldn't turn into arrogance especially when they are dealing with the customers. It will only bring a negative impact to the company and diminish the image of Porsche (unless it is the corporate strategy of Porsche). As a customer, I would like to ask Porsche to improve dealer service process. I think it will be one of the biggest challenges for Porsche to expand customer bases in the US. More
Brought in new Turbo Cab with a question about engine idle. Dan Hanami the service manager was excellent and was Dominic (service writer) and Ruben (service tech). After putting the diagnostics ODBC II idle. Dan Hanami the service manager was excellent and was Dominic (service writer) and Ruben (service tech). After putting the diagnostics ODBC II on the car which showed no abnormal conditions, the service tech took the time to take a test drive with me along a walled section of road, so he could identify the engine sound first hand. As it turned out the sound was normal for a 996 Turbo and the issue with engine idle was identified as the A/C compressor cycling on/off. The staff and tech were professional and checked the car over. They even topped off the oil (Mobil-1 0-40). Another plus to this LA area dealer is adequate parking. I have no affiliation with this dealer other than being satisfied with the service. More
