Kam Noghreh is a great person (forget saleman because he isn't that type of guy). The first time I bought a car from Kam in October 2009, I shopped all around California and he had the car I wanted and isn't that type of guy). The first time I bought a car from Kam in October 2009, I shopped all around California and he had the car I wanted and he got me a great deal, I am very happy with the car (2008 Porsche Carrera Cab.) Kam made the experience very enjoyable. When I decided to buy a 2010 Cayenne last February, I didn't waste anytime shopping around, instead I just called Kam and he spent about a week tracking down the car that I wanted, the way I wanted it and then he still gave me a great deal. I will be buying my next car from Kam - he is great to deal with. Thanks for everything!!!!! More
I shopped five Porsche dealerships in the Southern California Area before buying my Panamera from Pacific Porsche. Many of the other dealers said that I should be "happy" that they were not charging o California Area before buying my Panamera from Pacific Porsche. Many of the other dealers said that I should be "happy" that they were not charging over sticker! Pacific gave me a price, found me a car of the color and options I wanted, we set a date, and Lo and Behold... no surprises! The paperwork was ready, the car was ready, and I drove away happy. I just wish I lived closer so I could use them for service also! More
When I was searching for this particular car, Richard made the car buying experience a joy. We were welcomed in the showroom right on the spot. My brother, and I looked, and test drove our car. I bought my new car from Pacific Porsche in late 2009. I drove over an hour to get there but it was worth it. My sales guy Mina gave me a great deal and the whole transaction went very smoothly. Initially I had problems with the dealership and my car as noted above, but all problems have been resolved to my satisfaction. Went to Pacific THREE different times and NOBODY was interested in greeting or talking to us! We were there over 20 minutes and sales people didn't even acknowledge the fact we were there. I have had Porsches for years. This is the best dealership by FAR in LA. I live in Malibu and pass three closer places to get my 997 turbo serviced here. They are fair. They are on time. They care dealership by FAR in LA. I live in Malibu and pass three closer places to get my 997 turbo serviced here. They are fair. They are on time. They care. I also have had good experiences with purchasing and selling cars through them. I had a 997 2s, a cayenne turbo as well. I have my name on the list for a Panamera here as well. These folks always get me in and out fast, always have loaners, always treat me right, always know how to "tweak" and dial in my car, are always proactive. They are helping me get into tracking my car as well. Investing their time for little other than making a customer happy. If you want to buy a car, it's worth the trip. They are fair and don't play that "snooty" game the dealers "you know where" do. When you get your car serviced there even once, Sue, Niko and even their tech August are gems. You will go back I guarantee it. More
Went to Pacific Porsche, because it was near our home. Had a total multipule-personality experience there. The sales person (Kam) was very friendy and helpful. No pressure, allow me to set my own course Had a total multipule-personality experience there. The sales person (Kam) was very friendy and helpful. No pressure, allow me to set my own course for the test drive, and let me drive as long as I wanted. When it came time to do the deal, we are handed to Carl their sales manager. He was a complete JERK!!! We made a very fair offer for the car we looked at (used Boxster). In stead of provideing a counter-offer, he started to yell and scream at my wife and I about how we did not "appreciate" the car! Then he pulled some strange numbers from a dealer auction and began to scream at us that he could sell the car at auction for more than what we offered. Lastly, he goes to his desk and comes back 10 minutes later saying that he had "check autotrader and cars.com" and he was "good" with the window price. This was by far the worst car buying experience we ever had. Never had a sales guy, come in angry before we even started to deal. Carl not only refused to deal, he insulted my wife and I. Would never recommend anyone to deal with this man. Pacific Porsche needs to get their act together and hire a more professional sales manager! More
I frequently visit Lexus, M-Benz, and Porsche dealerships. Among them, my experiences with Porsche service agents (Pacific Porsche) has never been great. The worst thing was the employees' atti dealerships. Among them, my experiences with Porsche service agents (Pacific Porsche) has never been great. The worst thing was the employees' attitudes (I mean the people at the service desk, not the technicians). When I tried to ask what the problems were with the cars and asked for recommendations, they did not want to take time to provide me with the clear explanation. They didn't seem to be so willing to listen to the customers. I understand that the employees. They might be the best in the industry, good enough to be hired by Porsche (one of the most prestigious auto-makers in the world), but such pride shouldn't turn into arrogance especially when they are dealing with the customers. It will only bring a negative impact to the company and diminish the image of Porsche (unless it is the corporate strategy of Porsche). As a customer, I would like to ask Porsche to improve dealer service process. I think it will be one of the biggest challenges for Porsche to expand customer bases in the US. More
Brought in new Turbo Cab with a question about engine idle. Dan Hanami the service manager was excellent and was Dominic (service writer) and Ruben (service tech). After putting the diagnostics ODBC II idle. Dan Hanami the service manager was excellent and was Dominic (service writer) and Ruben (service tech). After putting the diagnostics ODBC II on the car which showed no abnormal conditions, the service tech took the time to take a test drive with me along a walled section of road, so he could identify the engine sound first hand. As it turned out the sound was normal for a 996 Turbo and the issue with engine idle was identified as the A/C compressor cycling on/off. The staff and tech were professional and checked the car over. They even topped off the oil (Mobil-1 0-40). Another plus to this LA area dealer is adequate parking. I have no affiliation with this dealer other than being satisfied with the service. More
