I thought the purchase process for my CPO Cayenne was one of the more pleasant dealership experiences I have had. DeAndre in Sales was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, and was very attentive in of the more pleasant dealership experiences I have had. DeAndre in Sales was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car, and was very attentive in following up after my initial visit. He was very supportive in answering questions, but I never felt pressured toward a decision. Gen in the Finance Department was very thorough in his explanations of the various options, and I appreciated his candid input on which extras were necessary in my situation and which ones were not. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I am very happy with the car so far! More

Elvis, my service advisor, provided expert technical advice on my last visit. I drove more miles than expected over the last few months, and knew the basics needed attention. After studying my recent visits, Elvis consulted with the assigned technician and Linda, the service manager. He proposed an ideal solution which provides me some leeway for my next visit, kept my costs reasonable, addressed all recommended service requirements, and put me back on the road quickly. The Silver Spring Porsche team is wonderful - from scheduling and your greeting through the after service follow-up. If you have not visited for service, give them a try. Kofi, Brian, and Elvis are all service oriented, outstanding advisors, following the example set by Linda. More

From Marty's first hello to me until my first time meeting Gen in Finance it was nothing short of amazing. I was relaxed, and Marty's down to earth and friendly AND personable demeanor it was just enjoyable. I only got to meet these two gentleman but they set the foundation for all things at Porsche Silver Spring. In sitting down in Finance with Gen, He was consummate professional. He was so polite and cordial it is almost unheard of how easy it all was. I feel like I just want to go back and hang out with them at the dealership. Yes that is how comfortable I felt. I now have found a dealer that I trust and will go back too without hesitation. Thank you Marty and Gen for the truly amazing experience. My deepest appreciation.
