Came in for some warranty work on my GT4 (the line to my windshield wiper fluid nozzle had broken). Alto said it would take half an hour and it did. I have a Porsche cayenne that had a rimmed which was dinged. I contacted Porsche San Francisco and it was super easy to make an appt to get it repaired. The dealership is super new and is very nice. There was a barista there who made me a cappuccino while I was waiting for my ride to arrive. The dealership even has a contract with Lyft to get you back and forth between the dealership and home/work. I worked mostly with Elijah to arrange the repair. He was super good about constantly updating me on the progress as well as when the vehicle would be ready to pick up. I was going to Porsche Marin for my service but will not use Porsche San Francisco as my primary dealer! More
