I don't recall meeting Brad. Vlad was terrific, when I could not get ANY satisfaction from another dealer, Vlad stepped in, explained the process and got the car I wanted. The ONLY hang up in the process was the very frustrating wait for delivery of the vehicle once it reached port in Oakland, just 24 miles away. I took nearly two months for the vehicle to make its way to SF Porsche. I realize that this was out of the hands of SF Porsche however have to believe that something could be done to expedite the process. More
