Bought our first ever Porsche Cayenne S here. Beautiful showroom. Joe was very patient with us in answering all of our questions. We went in multiple times before deciding on the Cayenne. The car delivery was delayed for reasons beyond our control. We waited 5 months. When it finally arrived at the end of March, we were a little bit perplexed on being pressured to complete the purchase online. We scheduled an appointment to come in at our convenience and the whole transaction took a few hours. There was a lot of paperwork to review and sign after which, the Reviver license plate was installed. There was a sit down in the car to review all the bells and whistles. There were connections to the PCM, My Porsche Connect to be made. We did like the grand reveal in the bay. All in all, we are happy with our purchase but the buying process could have been more efficient especially since we did not finance or trade in our old car. More
