Poor, unprofessional service from the SLC dealership, after bringing our Porache in three times to resolve/repair the parasitic drain issue. The service technician was rude and disbelieving until the car died again for them, after replacing a working battery. Claimed the starter was bad, although it was also working that same day: Attempted to charge for a new starter, which does not resolve the long running, parasitic drain. We loved Porsches before this experience and had planned to buy another one. Not now, with this kind of service experience. (Lack of service actually.) No thank you. More
