As for the questions below, I did not interact with anyone else; Louie was my interface. I should also say that it was very efficient and flexible when I called in to make the appointment. I do not recall the name of the lady that I spoke to, but she was happy to respond to my recommended request for being connected with Louie. I have seen no problems with the service provided. I am not mechanically inclined, so judging quality is difficult, but I have full confidence; and the car drives great. Very easy and convenient with the Uber/Lyft rides. More
