Porsche Rocklin contacted me to remind us our Macan needed its annual service. Dropped it off per the schedule and was welcomed by everyone there with a cheerful hello, Melissa offered coffee or water needed its annual service. Dropped it off per the schedule and was welcomed by everyone there with a cheerful hello, Melissa offered coffee or water and checked us in quickly. Later that day Melissa called with an update and let us know all was in good shape and the work was almost done. Picked it up an hour later. It was freshly washed and again nothing but smiles and hellos. Great experience and confirmed our decision to by a brand new Porsche as the right one. Thanks Porsche Rocklin! More
