I just bought a New 2013 911 Cabriolet from Bob McDonald at Walters, which makes my fifth (5) new car that I have bought from them!!! I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service. WOW!!!! What a great experience buying a new 911! We are from the Seattle area and we were visiting family in OC when we wanted to see a special color so we went out to Riverside for a drive.
