Worse service - nobody answers the phone and they scratched our Macan! And they could not even do a simple oil change, had to bring in the car to top off the oil again! scratched our Macan! And they could not even do a simple oil change, had to bring in the car to top off the oil again! More

I was excited when there was a dealership so close to my house when I needed service. The first time I brought my car in for service, all I needed was an oil change. It wasn't that old and I put less than 6k miles on it the first year. The service advisor told me that I needed a service package that was due at 2 years, I asked him to check with the dealership I bought it from and he said that he did and that I still needed the service. So I went ahead and got the package. It was 8AM and I told him that I would need my car by 2PM at the latest. He said no problem. They said they called an uber to take me home (which they never did). I waited an hour and they kept telling me someone what on the way. Fast forward to 1PM, and I had the same problem getting an uber back to the shop. I should have called one myself, but thought that was part of the service for having a Porsche. After waiting for another hour for someone to come, I was able to go to Porsche to get my car. A couple weeks later I was in a conversation with another Porsche dealership about my experience and how I bought a Certified Pre-Owned car and was surprised that I already had to have service. They were too and told me to call back to the dealership to get details of what both the dealership in Louisiana and Texas did. It took several calls to River Oaks Porsche to get someone who would even remotely listen to what I was trying to tell them. I tried to talk to the GM, but he was always "in a meeting". I talked to the service manager, who after I had to push him called the Louisiana dealership himself. He found out they performed and charged me for the same service I just had a year before (should be a 2 year plan). They refunded me for the extra package, but I was shocked they still charged me for more then the original oil change that I made my appointment for. No one ever apologized and I had to keep calling back to see if they were going to give me a refund. I did get a refund for part of what they overcharged me for, but WHAT A PAIN! Not the service I was expecting from Porsche. I will now find another dealership to take my car to. BEWARE WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE- THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE AND ARE NOT TRULY TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER More

The opener in the car didn't work, so I told the service manager there is a emergency wire under the front light. They told me it would be 1 service hour, $244.88. It took me less than a minute to open the trunk when I got home. They also recommended I get 4 new tires for $1,238. I had my car inspected this month and had to get 2 new tires to pass inspection. I went to Discount Tire and had 2 new rear tires installed. These tires have less than 100 miles on them. They said the tires had low tread. Clearly, that is a lie. This is a beautiful dealership, but they try to upsell you stuff that is brand new, such as my tires. Not very trust worthy. Brandon Diaz was my service advisor and he was a good person. He was just relaying what the mechanic's were telling him. More

The headlig Somehow in their repair process my right headlight got broken. They told me that I needed a new one and quoting me a large amount for it. The headlight warning never displayed on the dash while I had the car and I dropped it off myself. As soon as I started the car from repair, the warning came on for the first time. If I bring my car to a Porsche dealership and something breaks while it's there, I expect them to fix it or at least prove that it was broken before hand otherwise. But no effort was made on their part for that. -I was quoted for other repairs that were deemed critical on the electronic invoice (very expensive rates prices to my experience). However, later in person with the service rep, he said they weren't that urgent. -I also was overpromised by the service rep on delivery time of my tire but had to follow up multiple times when delays happened. I'm okay with having a delay, but please don't overpromise on when the vehicle will be ready. I won't be coming back here. Porsche North Houston is much better service and communication. Prices also seem more reasonable. More

If I do decide to let my lease go when it's due and pick up another Porsche, it will 100% be from these guys. Hats off! More
