Excellent attention and service - Shawn Walsh Having bought my first Carrera out of state, I was a little apprehensive about approaching the Princeton Porsche dealership for any service work when Having bought my first Carrera out of state, I was a little apprehensive about approaching the Princeton Porsche dealership for any service work when i discovered that my driver side window would not roll up every time I drove with the windows down. This uneasiness was quickly dispelled as soon as pulled up on my first appointment. Shawn was very attentive and knowledgeable that my 2 visits have been very great customer experience - even though I did not happen to buy my car from them! Both visits have been dispatched professionally and efficiently. No unnecessary wait but enough high touch customer service for me to walk away impressed with how Porsche Princeton clients are treated. Returning to dealership after long absence Have 2008 Box sterling Silver and a 1989 944 S2. Was very disappointed with my local dealer Rt1 Princeton and stopped going many years ago. Did my own work or had specialty shops service the car. Approaching 70, I have no desire to do my own car work anymore and the trusted specialty shops closed or lost good people over the years. The new management and service personnel at Rt1 Princeton Porsche impressed me enough to go back there Kudos to Brett for his knowledge and understanding of my needs on my different cars. Just had my Box sterling fully serviced and pleased with that. Will be returning mid October to bring my 944 back up to snuff. Will compose another review on that experience in November. (Especially pleased to see no more sharkskin suited "greeters" separating you from the people who actually knew what cars are all about!) More

Finally, excellent service from a Porsche dealership! I recently visited Porsche of Princeton for a routine 3 year service on my 2014 Boxster, as well as a few warranty related issues. Kevin Black was my I recently visited Porsche of Princeton for a routine 3 year service on my 2014 Boxster, as well as a few warranty related issues. Kevin Black was my service advisor and he was excellent. I had previously visited 3 other NJ Porsche dealerships for service and left dissatisfied each time because they either damaged my vehicle, forget to address items that I had requested, or only provided a temporary fix for my issues. I do admit that I have higher expectations than the average customer who visits a dealership due to my passion for cars, but I would tend to think most Porsche owners fall into this category. Kevin addressed all my concerns and even proactively followed up with me to let me know that my vehicle would not be ready until the following day, rather than most other dealerships where you have to call them to get the status of your vehicle. Kevin is great to deal with and a true professional. Also, Porsche of Princeton gave me a nice new Macan S as a loaner car, unlike the Audi A3 loaner car that I received from Paul Miller Porsche. Even though I live 50 miles from this dealership, I will gladly visit them again. Highly recommended! More
