Exceptional Service I am driving a 2016 Porsche Cayenne and suddenly the PCM went complete black. I tried with Ray Catenna who gave me an appointment 7 weeks after. Excellent Communication and follow up Shawn helped with a simple request to swap my 911's winter tires for summer tires as well as to check on a couple minor things that needed fixing.
