Great service experience on 911 Tire repair. Brett Tokar was great to deal with on my 911 tire repair. Knowing that a loaner wasn't available, I went in to the service center assuming it to be a nigh My 2018 Cayenne had an issue of speakers not working. Knowing that a loaner wasn't available, I went in to the service center assuming it to be a nightmare of an experience, but Matt from the service team proved me wrong. He went above and beyond to not only find a loaner for me, but also gave me daily updates on the status of the vehicle. He also mentioned the extensive checks your team performs to ensure that the issue is completely fixed. That made me realize the time it is taking for fixing the issue. People like Matt really uphold the brand value of Porsche, and strive for customer delight vs. just satisfaction. Being in the people industry, I can see that Matt has excellent people management skills as I had an exceptional experience despite not purchasing the vehicle from your dealership. More

Defective Work during service visit I brought my 2002 Boxster S to their service department for a diagnostic service. The original problem was to determine why the rear speaker was not p I brought my 2002 Boxster S to their service department for a diagnostic service. The original problem was to determine why the rear speaker was not producing any sound. After the appointment was concluded and I was driving home on the highway, the Porsche badge on the front hood flew off the hood, struck my windshield and was lost. When I stopped the car to investigate what had happened, I noticed that the nuts securing the badge to the hood were removed and caused the badge to fly off the hood. I brought this to the attention of their service department the next day but they did not want to address it. They denied they had anything to do with it. But it is odd that the badge would just fly off after the car was in their shop. I assumed that someone in their shop did something negligent since it was an older car and they were not as careful as they would have been if it was a late model car. A bad experience to go there to get one problem resolved and walk out with a new problem. And the new problem was not something mechanical that I could attribute to the age of the car. More

I would have given 5 starts but for the reason below. - my window was jammed open so car was at mercy of weather. Was hoping to have an immediate appointment to bring the car in. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment. - this car is less than 6 months old. Having a faulty part in the window mechanism doesn’t give me confidence in Porsche quality. It was embarrassing to have my car outside with plastic tape and explain to neighbors. More

The personnel sometimes change but the attent I have purchased and serviced over 20 various Porsche models with Porsche Princeton for 2 decades plus. The personnel sometimes change but the attention to customers does not. They give the same great attention to first time customers and those legacy like me. I think any Porsche buyer/owner would do well to build a relationship here. More
