Princeton Porsche is amazing. I recently bought a Porsche Cayman and had a wonderful buying experience. Soon after purchasing the car, the remote stopped working for the rear trunk. When I called the dealer to let them know of the problem, they scheduled a pick up (yes, they actually told me they would drive out to my house and pick up the car so they could resolve the issue) the very next day. They fixed the issue and dropped the car off - in the exact spot they took it from the very next day. Unbelievable. If you're looking to top notch service, this is where you'll find it. My 911 developed a squealing sound immediately after starting the engine which would then stop after 5 minutes or so. I called Princeton Porsche for an appointment and was given one for the next day. It was completed to my total satisfaction and my follow-up questions were met with great patience, professionalism and with fur inspection of a 968. WE had parked in a spot that had a lot of snow and while trying to back in, we accidentally hit a light pole. I took the car down to the dealer a day after and they ordered the part (rim) and gave me an appt. for the following Tuesday when their body guy would be there. I dropped the car off on Monday evening, received a ride home and picked up the car Tuesday night. You would never know there had been any damage to the car. What's even more impressive was that the cost for the work was very reasonable. More
