Stephen suggested an alternate set of winter tires for my 911 when the ones I originally purchased were back ordered. This was part of the email I had written to him thanking him for the tires: "I just wanted to let you know that although I obviously haven't drive the tires in snow yet, I'm super happy with the look and the ride of the tires in dry weather. They rode nice on 295 at high speeds with nominal noise and the handling is much better than I expected on snows." More

Everyone I dealt with at Princeton Porsche went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I am an elderly driver unfamiliar with the area. Service was good. It just kills me how much the mark up is just because you have the Porsche Crest. I just had an alternator put in and it cost me $1,684.00 and that was a after market unit. I brought my 2009 Cayenne S in because the sound stopped working on my radio, cd, i-pod and navigation. The only thing that worked was the bluetooth for the phone. They tried to upload new computer softwa working on my radio, cd, i-pod and navigation. The only thing that worked was the bluetooth for the phone. They tried to upload new computer software and when that didn't work I was given a loaner car, since the anticipated time was 2-2.5 hours to install a new radio system. About 2 hours later I was called and the car was ready. Rather than having to just sit at the dealers, I was able to do some chores, eat lunch and take care of things. That's the way to do business!!! More
