He also personally took the time to dress the tires after they were installed. This was part of the email I had written to him thanking him for the tires: "I just wanted to let you know that although I obviously haven't drive the tires in snow yet, I'm super happy with the look and the ride of the tires in dry weather. They rode nice on 295 at high speeds with nominal noise and the handling is much better than I expected on snows." More

Everyone I dealt with at Princeton Porsche went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I am an elderly driver unfamiliar with the area. Gene explained every step of the way what it was they were doing and why.- what the possibilities could be. overall, a very decent experience. i have used this dealership for the past couple of years. the service personnel are knowledgeable and committed. they recently completed a full service of my 2005 Ca dealership for the past couple of years. the service personnel are knowledgeable and committed. they recently completed a full service of my 2005 Cayenne and delivered it to my home as a courtesy because i was stuck at work and could not retrieve it. gene and richard called me frequently with updates on my car while it was in the service department and did not perform any work without full explanation and authorization. porsche is not a cheap proposition, but the labor costs at this dealership are at least 30% less than what i was paying in a manhattan dealership. chris galiardo More
Service was good. It just kills me how much the mark up is just because you have the Porsche Crest. I just had an alternator put in and it cost me $1,684.00 and that was a after market unit. Princeton Porsche was able to provide service at a moments notice since I did not have an app't, not knowing what to expect with hurricane Irene. Service was prompt, curteous and quick. I brought my 2009 Cayenne S in because the sound stopped working on my radio, cd, i-pod and navigation. The only thing that worked was the bluetooth for the phone. They tried to upload new computer softwa working on my radio, cd, i-pod and navigation. The only thing that worked was the bluetooth for the phone. They tried to upload new computer software and when that didn't work I was given a loaner car, since the anticipated time was 2-2.5 hours to install a new radio system. About 2 hours later I was called and the car was ready. Rather than having to just sit at the dealers, I was able to do some chores, eat lunch and take care of things. That's the way to do business!!! More
