I am considering buying a used Porsche from a current customer of Princeton Porsche. The owner recommended Princeton Porsche for a Pre-purchase inspection. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the S customer of Princeton Porsche. The owner recommended Princeton Porsche for a Pre-purchase inspection. I contacted the dealership and spoke with the Service Director Gene Cannon. He was extremely helpful and had excellent advice for me to consider. He had his foreman involved on the call to discuss what we would need to check and why. I booked the appointment and the owner delivered the car to the dealership. The inspection took 2-3 hours and Gene offered to take some videos of the inspection and points I would need to see, as I was in Minneapolis MN. This saved me a flight to NJ at a minimum. Upon completion of the inspection, he called me and went over the details and prepared an estimate for my review. Honestly, I was concerned if I could receive a completely objective report of the condition of this car, as the owner is considering buying a new car from this dealer. Gene convinced me I would get an objective and complete report, and that is what I received. He also reviewed the items with the current owner the following day. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the high level of Customer Service and Professionalism I received from Gene Cannon. Glen More

I've frequented many car dealers through the years, and have never had as great an experience as I had with service at Princeton Porsche. Richard made me feel welcome, and Gene made sure the problem that had stumped the local dealer was solved. It's a bit of a drive for me to bring my Cayenne to Princeton, but the time invested is well worth it. I purchased a pre-owned Porsche 911 Turbo from Princeton Porsche. Gary and Brian helped me through the purchase process and assured me that any small issues even a very minor dent would be cared for if the Porsche. Gary and Brian introduced me to their service dept. scheduled an appointment and were very true to their word taking care of all my repairs in the weeks that followed as I broke in the car. When I dropped the car off Richard provided me with a free loaner and Gary covered all items promised at purchase and a few more as a courtesy. It is an hour and half drive to the dealer and I will continue to make the trip to have my Porsche serviced there.
