What a difference! I have been a client for 4 years and loved my Cayenne Hybrid, but did not love the service available. This has changed 180 degrees! Fast and accomodating !! I had a blowout on I-95, called Roadside assistance who came in under an hour and took it by flatbed to Princeton Porsche on Monday evening. On Tuesd I had a blowout on I-95, called Roadside assistance who came in under an hour and took it by flatbed to Princeton Porsche on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning the dealership called, they had the tire in stock and they were going to do the first 10,000 mile oil service which I had already scheduled for a week later. They also filled out my Track inspection form for a DE event that I am going to free of charge !!!..... and everything was completed in about 4-5 hours. More

Sandi arranged for a valet service and Mario dropped of my loaner at my home and picked up my vehicle. What a convenience. My service went according to plan and accommodated my needs.
