Nice going! Even though Porsche of Princeton was not the dealership that sold my CPO 911, I've used Porsche of Princeton for all my service needs. From the moment I arrive for service and am greeted even before reaching the door- to the time I eagerly pick up my car after service, the experience is top-notch. I count on the service being done properly and am never disappointed. My car is always returned with a "showroom shine" as well. I have to give especially high marks to Brett Tokar, my service advisor. His interest in seeing me happy is genuine. No question or concern is too small. Brett seems sincerely dedicated to making my Porsche ownership the best it can be. He's knowledgeable about my car and is sensitive to cost, providing parts or service under my CPO coverage whenever possible. I sent him an email with a service request late one weekend evening expecting my question to sit in Brett's inbox until the following Monday morning, but I was surprised and delighted to get a prompt response. He's never "off-duty" and goes out of his way to make his customers feel like friends. I'm pleased to recommend Ralph Vanaman's service department, Brett Tokar, and Michael Sarro's technicians in the highest terms possible. More

sad first experience- (not to be repeated) Brought in my Boxter S for: key syncing, inoperative headlight switch. I gave the service manager a key that worked perfectly (remote functions and starting ) and a key whose remote worked fine- but did not start the car. Service came out after quite awhile and said "tried to sync but now neither key works at all...we can't fix either one..will cost you over $400 to replace a part..then more $$ to sync." After I would not accept that answer..somehow the service manager came out with a key that worked completely and one that only started the car but no remote functions. Much explanations that sounded like double talk..I am very dissatisfied. After two hours they sent me home saying I should make a new appointment. Their main concern seemed to be if I wanted to have the car washed!! Not the repairs. Eventually I went to another Porsche dealer who fixed my headlight switches with excellent service and no double talk. The other dealer did a complete check of the car and gave me a list of recommended service/repairs, which I have scheduled to have done. More
