Mr. Azuolas, We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. The gentleman who you had spoken with was actually our shop foreman, not the Service Manager. Our computer message read that the keys were not able to be programmed. This was a glitch on our end, and we never would have had you pay for this to be fixed. We would have covered the bill completely. While you were here, we wanted to make sure that we were able to at least wash your car for you, seeing that we were unable to fix this problem. We understand that you have brought your servicing elsewhere and for good reason. Although we have made a mistake, we truly value you as a customer and we want to make this right. Is there anything that we can do to make up for your dissatisfaction?
