I dropped my car off for annual maintenance and they were good enough to squeeze me in the same day that I called. That was the best part of the whole experience. When my annual maintenance was completed I was then hit with the sales pitch to fix several items which would have totaled over $1000 including $80 alone to change a wiper. One wiper would have set me back $80. I know it's Porsche but that's extremely excessive for what I can do on my own for only $20. Over $700 for tires I could buy from Tire Rack for $450. Then I was told around 4:00pm that my car would be ready in 20 minutes, but they might not have time to wash it, which is pretty standard fare at any Porsche dealer I take my car to so being told I might not get it was complimentary (and nothing is really complimentary when at a Porsche dealer really because of cost markups elsewhere). I asked if they could pick me up from work at 5:00pm since I needed a ride back to the dealer. A little annoying since I needed a ride to my office and I'm not sure how they thought I was getting back to dealer if not with a ride. I was told that 5pm was no problem and then proceeded to wait until 5:50pm before asking a co-worker leaving the building if they happened to be going in that direction to get a ride to the dealership to pick up my car. I will probably not being going back to this dealership as their poor customer service was why I did not buy my car from them in the first place. They had what I wanted on the lot but the salesman I originally spoke to several years ago wouldn't really give me the time of day nor talked any pricing on the car I was looking at. I didn't get that from any of the other local Porsche dealerships I dealt with prior to my purchase. More

It always takes me a long time and multiple visits to decide on a new car. I have had two previous porsches and multiple other fast / sports cars in the UK. My experience in USA was that porsche dealers decide on a new car. I have had two previous porsches and multiple other fast / sports cars in the UK. My experience in USA was that porsche dealers were a bit unhelpful. Princeton Porsche are different. Each time I called in these guys were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. In the end when it came to buying two new cars I was confident that I would get the same great service. I bought a cayenne GTS and a 911 C4S. both lovely cars and I am confident the experince of owning them will be enhanced by using Princeton porsche. Michael was a star. A pleasure to deal with in all respects. I will be back- hopefully for lots more of my favourite cars. More

This was my first experience with Princeton Porsche. I had previously dealt with a Mercedes dealership and had felt that the level of service there could not be beaten. Dealer was very attentive in finding the Porsche Cayenne that we were looking for. The total transaction was handled via emails and phone calls until delivery. Princeton Porsche are the best! From start to finish I found Michael to be very friendly and professional. We have only lived in the States for two years and when we arrived at first we tried to buy two found Michael to be very friendly and professional. We have only lived in the States for two years and when we arrived at first we tried to buy two Porsche's to replace the cars we had in the UK. However, the other dealerships we visited, seemed not to be believe us and made it so difficult we elected to buy two Audi's instead. Once we found Princeton Porsche, our faith in the marque and the service associated with it were renewed. It is largely because of that we decided to come back to being Porsche Owners and I am happy to say we have bought a Cayenne GTS and a 911 C4S. We look forward to spending more years as owners and customers of Princeton Porsche. More
