First service; purchased car elsewhere, so I was concerned Service would treat me as a "second class citizen." Not the case at all, as Tim was very courteous, helpful, and prompt. Mark is a great listener not you every day sales person, highly trained and knowledgeable on what he sells, he really follows up after you buy the car and make sure the customer enjoys its purchase.
