I had no problem scheduling a service visit and took advantage of their pick up/drop off option which saved me driving an hour to and from the dealership. They had the car for 24 hours and I did not rec advantage of their pick up/drop off option which saved me driving an hour to and from the dealership. They had the car for 24 hours and I did not receive one phone call about what was done. I didn't even get a call to let me know when they were going to drop the car off. Would have been nice to hear from the service advisor. I only know that Danielle was my advisor because her name is on my invoice. More
