I used a car buying service that listed Len Stoler as a preferred dealer. I got an e-mail from Mr. Caster. I told him what kind of car I wanted and asked if Len Stoler honored the price deals negotiated b preferred dealer. I got an e-mail from Mr. Caster. To make a painful story short, Mr. Caster ultimately informed me that the car I wanted was not included in the price deal negotiated with the car buying service--something he obviously knew all along and could have told me before I drove all the way to his dealership. Then he proceeded to offer me a "deal" in which he would knock less than $1000 off the retail price on the car. I was insulted. I would never recommend that anyone use this dealership. More

When I got my car back, it was perfectly serviced. The technicians they have are second to none! I highly recommend Len Stoler Auto and look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come. More
