Absolutely no negative experiences I have purchased several cars from this dealership. My first salesman was Ed Caster and the experience was so positive that I always requested him on future purchases. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle that I was interested in and made appropriate recommendations based on his prior experience with me. I was able to test drive the model I selected with Ed as he pointed out the various features. Ed was able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted from another dealership and arranged an exchange with them. On the delivery day, he went over every aspect of the myriad of the vehicle's "bells and whistles" and explained each nicely. He called me on the day following delivery to ask if I had any questions or concerns (which I did not). Frank, the financial advisor, explained all the various extended warranties available so that I could consider each depending on my anticipated driving experience. I arrived home with my new car much sooner that expected - total positive experience. More
