The service was very pleasant. My car was taken in immediately upon arrival. I was told the service would take a minimum of 4 hours, however, it was completed in 3 hours. Had some recent recurring problems with my Diesel Cayenne. Porsche Orlando and Joe my service advisor went beyond the call of duty to work with Porsche NA to warranty my motor and have a new short bl Cayenne. Porsche Orlando and Joe my service advisor went beyond the call of duty to work with Porsche NA to warranty my motor and have a new short block engine replaced in my car at their cost. During the repairs I was provided a loaner car, plus they kept me well I formed of the progress of the replacement. I have the car back, and it's working great now. I'm very pleased with my experience. More

Came in for a recall on my Porsche Boxster. Setup appointment about 2 weeks in advance, to make sure they had parts needed. Upon arrival, they had my paperwork pulled already and called me by name (I must have been the only person scheduled at that time with a 20 year old car!). I opted to wait. Did not take long, treated wonderfully, nice dealership, car was returned quickly, clean (they asked if they could wash it), and also did a safety condition inspection as well. Great service. More
