I have been there 3 times for service all 3 times something forgotten. John offer to come to my home to correct once other times tire pressure not balanced all 4 tires different pressure amounts. The service department needs to open back up on Saturdays. I ordered a wheel lock that has come in, that I currently need because I got a flat tire on New Year’s Eve, but I can't get it until Mond Saturdays. I ordered a wheel lock that has come in, that I currently need because I got a flat tire on New Year’s Eve, but I can't get it until Monday because service isn’t open on Saturdays, which is a day most people can get stuff done when they work during the week. This is ridiculous. I have to sit on a flat tire all weekend as a result, which will be 3 days at that point. Additionally, majority of the time I need service on my car, there is never a loaner car available. I never had this problem or the other problem when I had my Mercedes. If they were going to work on my car for at least 2 hours, they would have a loaner car available. How can a high end car dealer not have a loaner car available for it’s customers. Also, the cost to diagnose things is extremely high and it doesn’t even go to the cost of fixing whatever is broken. Fixing things that are broke or need service are already high and to tell me that I need to pay a $300 diagnose fee that doesn’t count towards fixing a part is crazy. Finally, for all the money it cost to service your car, you would think you would have better snacks available while you wait, however, that is not the case at all. I’ve been in Benz and Infiniti dealerships and they offer a better selection than Porsche does. Overall, I love my car but I don’t think I will get another one in the future based on the aforementioned items. All of the things I mentioned here are what make the total experience of driving my car great. I love my car but I don’t think it’s worth everything else that comes with it. More
Excellent experience getting my old wonderful Boxster serviced at Rizza. I chose to wait for the tire swap (winter wheels/tires), fluids etc. The new space is exceedingly comfortable, the staff was tho serviced at Rizza. I chose to wait for the tire swap (winter wheels/tires), fluids etc. The new space is exceedingly comfortable, the staff was thoughtful with regard to masking, and of course the beast came back beautiful and purring like a kitten (with a tiger hiding under the hood). Top flight service experience all the way around. More
