My car was at the dealership for three days waiting to get the tires changed, needing a locking lug nut key to get the tires off the car. Ended up with a set of new Michelin’s and a new set of locking lug get the tires changed, needing a locking lug nut key to get the tires off the car. Ended up with a set of new Michelin’s and a new set of locking lugs with a new key. Jeffrey Manuel kept me informed as to what was happening during the whole repair. When I return to pick up the car, he was there to greet me and was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with in person as well. The only complaint that I would have is having to wait three days to get to my car and service it as needed. Just seem like a long wait when I was in route traveling And could not continue without the car. Jeffrey staying in communication made all of the difference. I appreciate him very much and recommend him to anyone who is having their car service there. More
