Well, I had an amazing experience in this car dealership, everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive. Especially my sale representative Patrick Posey has an amazing customer service, patience and efficiently, he worked with us and made the process of getting my new Macan GTS very smooth!!! Our experience at Porsche Ontario was far from satisfactory. Our intention was to purchase a 2018 Carrera, but our excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to concerns about the front bra satisfactory. Our intention was to purchase a 2018 Carrera, but our excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to concerns about the front brakes. When we sought Salesman Hank's opinion on the matter, his response was shockingly irrelevant and self-centered, he was bragging that he only buys new car and that he paid cash for 2 Ferraris. However, during the test drive earlier, he said that he makes $200 flat per sale. Sales manager Dan's behavior was equally appalling, with a rude and condescending attitude that left us feeling disrespected. Thankfully, the only positive outcome was our decision not to spend our hard-earned money at this establishment. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and attentiveness was a glaring letdown, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. More
