Recently I had questions about an upcoming service appointment and rather than calling I just dropped in to ask my questions in person. Michael Yeh was pretty busy at the moment but he paused what he appointment and rather than calling I just dropped in to ask my questions in person. Michael Yeh was pretty busy at the moment but he paused what he was doing to answer my questions; super friendly, super attentive. Days later when I brought my car in for service, it was also Michael who helped me out and again, super friendly and attentive giving me updates on my car the days while it was at the dealer. Which was awesome! After the service was complete, I had some follow-up questions. I emailed him, and his response was prompt and thorough. It was great to see that I got the same respectful, personalized attention before, during, and after my service appointment. Michael Yeh really did an excellent job and was a great help for me! More
