I am an extremely unhappy customer. The saga starts with the purchase of the car. Due to covid, I made the purchase over the phone. They aggressively pressured me to put down a deposit on my credit card, wh the purchase of the car. Due to covid, I made the purchase over the phone. They aggressively pressured me to put down a deposit on my credit card, which I did. And then for two weeks, I couldn't get them back on the phone to complete the purchase. They just took my deposit and ignored me. Once I finally completed the purchase, which took another couple weeks, they sat on the paperwork for another couple weeks. And I couldn't get anyone to respond to my calls or emails. Then they tried to sell me one of those over-priced after-market warranties. I told them I wasn't interested. They came back and said that there is an OEM warranty from Porsche and sent me a booklet about it ("Platinum Plan"). The booklet informed me that it covers powertrain, transmission, etc, so I purchased it. A month later, I take the car for a service to another Porsche dealership, when I found out that the warranty I received was the one I had rejected and they had falsely sold me a warranty that just covers tires, key fob, etc. This was obviously very frustrating. So I went back to Porsche OKC to cancel the warranty. The contract clearly says that the warranty is cancellable and I receive a refund equal to the unused portion of the warranty. I filled out the paperwork and sent it to them. This was in June. I have called and emailed about once a month since then (its been 6 months) - they still haven't responded to me or sent me my refund (for literally thousands of dollars). More

Responsive to my needs and friendly service. However once I’m passed off to the “finance” department the the service is thrown out the window. The process takes entirely too long. We inquired about a car that was all of a sudden more expensive when we got to the lot. They than turned around and tried to steal our trading claiming it had an issue it didn't have and further claim th expensive when we got to the lot. They than turned around and tried to steal our trading claiming it had an issue it didn't have and further claim they confirmed with the last mechanic we took it too which was impossible given that shop wasn't even open the day in question.
