In addition, her warm and engaging personality made us want to work with her and made it comfortable for me to ask all kinds of questions about my new Porsche Macan. She works smoothly with all of the other professionals at North Olmsted Porsche. She had our paperwork all ready for me when I arrived to pick up my car, and she made certain that our trade-in was assessed promptly and fairly. We were also well taken care of by Nick, who came to our house about a week after our purchase to link my Macan to our garage door opener. Our particular system proved to be a bit of a challenge, but Nick made some phone calls to get additional information he needed and worked until it was done properly. Nick also is an engaging fun person to be around, and he made me very confident that the job would be well done by him. Porsche North Olmsted is a fantastic dealership to work with. I have not yet needed service on my new Macan, but I have no doubt that, when I do, the service department will do a thorough and efficient job. More
