In the spring, when I first reached out to see if a build was available for cayenne gts coupe, Frank was able to find me one and got the ball rolling on ordering one. When the car finally came in last week, Frank was able to get the deal done, no matter the hurdles that came in the way. This review was way overdue. Frank is the best sales rep I have ever work with for the past 10 years. Why? Because comparing to your typical Porsche salesman that watches like a Frank is the best sales rep I have ever work with for the past 10 years. Why? Because comparing to your typical Porsche salesman that watches like a hawk before you put your hands on the steering wheel, Frank trusts his customers. My wife and I have been eyeing on the 2018 GT3 for quite a while and decided to drive cross states for purchase, Frank knew this and given us the red carpet treatment at first glance. At the beginning of the test drive, I thought Frank would be riding with me just like the typical sales person, but instead he handed me the key and told me go for a ride with my wife. Wow! Never thought I’d take my wife for a ride in the GT3 for the first time! After that, I’m sold. The next day before we leave, I asked Frank if my wife can test drive an entry level Porsche for experience since she never driven a Porsche sports car before and she was timid to get behind the GT3, Frank got her on a Boxter for a test drive, watching my wife’s joy on her face as she had her first Porsche experience, I was very happy. Even after sales, Frank ensure we received our out of state registration and mailed our license plate overnight delivery. Now that is how to properly follow up with customers. Although Porsche of North Olmsted is small, but it packs of surprises that no other dealership has ever had thanks to the professionalism and experiences like Frank. More
