It’s always such a joy to visit Porsche North Houston, and especially Jon Gosling. It’s great to visit with him because he remembers things in my life and asks about them…like my new corgi pup. This time I waited for the service and your other staff were excellent too. They came and checked to see if I wanted a cake pop-like delight and mentioned that the shop had some good Christmas gift ideas that they got in recently. Oh and how could I miss mentioning the Molten Brown hand soap and lotion!! It’s my favorite from London and is very special and expensive…a very nice touch for the ladies! Thank you so much! More

I will continue to rate PNH and CB with 5 stars even though we filed to fix the issue again at this latest visit. It has been a difficult rattle/noise to trace and fix. This latest visit revealed what though we filed to fix the issue again at this latest visit. It has been a difficult rattle/noise to trace and fix. This latest visit revealed what appears to be the culprit however, the part (glovebox assembly0 must be shipped from Germany. Hopefully, one more visit solves the problem. PNH and Chris have been very accommodating and willing to continue the detective work to find the issue. More
