First visit, recent, was unplanned and the duration to get my car back was long and unspecified. Second visit was scheduled more than a week in advance and part was ordered before I even scheduled the ap get my car back was long and unspecified. I call Chris 3 times to find out progress and timing, and NO reply. Finally reached him, was told part did not work and another was ordered; requested he call back to advise when part would be delivered, and outlook for completion. He called the next day and said repair was complete and car would be ready in an hour. When I picked up the car, he was not at the dealership, so I could not ask about how long an oil change would take and if commitment would be made for an acceptable delivery. Oil change is due in July; planned location is open. More
