I was very disappointed to learn that Juan left North while my vehicle was in for a somewhat involved repair. He was phenomenal, and I only found this rating page because I am attempting to find whether while my vehicle was in for a somewhat involved repair. He was phenomenal, and I only found this rating page because I am attempting to find whether he landed at another Houston dealer. Not knowing the circumstances, the handoff from Juan to my replacement SA could’ve been handled more smoothly by North. It took 20 minutes to pull up my car when I indicated that I was in an extreme rush. I subsequently had to credit my next appointment/client $100 for the wait time. Very atypical of my experience with Juan + North. I think Juan was the special sauce. More

I was disappointed that my service advisor is no longer there, but the person who took over didn't introduce himself. I don't know his name. They didn't say you can now contact me if you need other assista there, but the person who took over didn't introduce himself. I don't know his name.
