I waited for the car as the work was not extensive and that fact was duly noted in the service timing. And an objective discussion was had on the need for realignment at this time. Surely the ease of getting the car in for servicing far exceeded recent experience with another Porsche dealership in the greater Houston area. More

I was working with Jay Halili, one of the service advisors at the dealership. Jay has been very helpful and very knowledgeable about Porsche cars. My car had only 14,000 miles but Jay did not pressure me in getting the service done. However, I want my car to be in top shape so I was not pressured in getting the maintenance service. I like that. He provided me with a loaner car so that I could go to work and not have to wait for the completion of the maintenance work. Jay is a great service advisor. More
