Excellent communication, especially since the dealership doesn't have a working phone system and no computer service on the day I brought my car in. Chris was so conscientious that he used his personal cell phone to stay in touch. The problem was fixed, under warranty, the first time. Just a suggestion for the delivery (car wash) people. When they Armorall the tires, they need to wipe it off to keep it from spraying all over the side of the car when you leave. From my wife: Audi actually dries the car when they wash it. If you don't raise the hatch on a Cayenne or Macan and wipe it down, it holds a lot of dirt and water and it drips down the side of the car. These are VERY minor points...otherwise, the service department is great. More
