Jay and Chris are professional and courteous and have always been up front with me on cost of repairs. If you want out of warranty Porsches serviced at a dealership, don't expect Hyundai prices. Training technicians to service these specialty vehicles cost money. You pay for the expertise. More

I have purchased $282K of new 911s over the years and have been a very happy Porsche Owner until I had to have my out of warranty 911 towed to these guys to fix a coolant hose. I expected to be overcharged because as one would expect it is service at a dealership. They knew they had me and I had no other alternatives and the proceeded to turn the screws. I was not a customer, I was something to be harvested. This was only made worse when I picked up the car. When I complained about the absurd price I was charged and then turn around to leave the counter, the dealership employee behind me was noticeably giggling. 12% of the value of the car for new hoses and spark plugs....I can see how he felt that was funny. This is a premium brand that works on a business model where people feel they are getting perceived value. This is the first time I feel like I was a mark. More
