The best Porsche dealer in Houston I bought a 2015 Caymans S from this delaer and I was very happy with it. So, I decided to custom-order 2017 911 4S March in 2017. However, this time I I bought a 2015 Caymans S from this delaer and I was very happy with it. So, I decided to custom-order 2017 911 4S March in 2017. However, this time I was unlucky to get a model with esthetic defects such as panels not lining up and uneven gaps beyond normal tolerance. Porsche USA didn't care much about the issues as they tried to reslove the problems with some payment compensation, which was not what I wanted and deserved. However, Mr. William Bennet, the general manager there, understood my concerns and my initial desire to get a 911 without issues. He didn't even make me go through a long dispute with a Porsche USA representative by replacing the vehicle with a new custom order on the dealer end. I truly think that he puts his priority on customer satisfaction among other things. Porsche North Houston definately strives to deliver customer satisfaction. Strongly recommended!!! Buyer Beware I bought a $57k 85 911. At that price and with the salesmen claims, I expected a pristine vehicle not one that wouldn't pass PA Inspection without $7 I bought a $57k 85 911. At that price and with the salesmen claims, I expected a pristine vehicle not one that wouldn't pass PA Inspection without $7k in investments. It started out the car arrived and the odometer was not working on this very low mileage car. Claim was must have happened in shipping yet there was very sketchy mileage documentation at best to substantiate that. In fact they actually had more miles than what was recorded. I didn't see the car for nearly 7 weeks as it sat waiting for repair at the local Porsche Dealer. When I got it back temp tags were expiring and after numerous inquiries took 3.5 months to get the tags. I could now legally take it in and have it inspected. Very reputable Porsche Dealership that I have dealt with for over 20 years identified $7k worth of issues that they said had to have been there for awhile and couldn't possibly have happened in the 70 miles the car was driven. North Houston's response. Sorry can't do anything for you you have had it too long. Too long????? The only reason it wasn't inspected in the first week was because of their odometer issue and their failure to properly process the vehicle registration. Never again!
