Worst customer service ever!! When purchasing the car couldn't even get a sales person to return a call. Finally spoke to a manager. Purchased the car and left it for a week to get When purchasing the car couldn't even get a sales person to return a call. Finally spoke to a manager. Purchased the car and left it for a week to get some after market items done while on vacation. Emailed the sales person that I would be picking my car up when I returned and she emailed me back that the day I had chosen to pick it up wouldn't work for her as that was her day off! Too bad. Picked it up anyway. 6 months later took it in for routine maintenance, I purchased the maintenance plan but they tried to charge me for the service. They said they had no record of me purchasing it. I had to go home and get my paperwork that showed that I had purchased it. The service technician left a dirty oily rag in my console. Not sure why he needed to be in my console. Love my car but not this dealership. More
