This is an update to the review below and pertains to service on my 2023 Taycan GTS. Several factors contributed to this being a solid five-star review. It was easy to make the appointment, and service a service on my 2023 Taycan GTS. Several factors contributed to this being a solid five-star review. It was easy to make the appointment, and service advisor Rick West called to confirm that a needed part was available before I went in. He also sent a progress report from the service tech working on the car. He called with another interim report and again when the car was ready to be picked up. All the work was completed as required and I was impressed that the Taycan was returned fully charged. Like Rick, other personnel with whom I interacted were friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend Porsche Newport Beach for owners needing service for their vehicles. More
