Last service visit was disappointing. Had two rear tires changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed this out to me, but did not offer to replace it. Instead, he said I could buy a new one from the parts department for $120. Since the dealership caused this damage, I should not have to pay for fixing it. More
