Last service visit was disappointing. Had two rear tires changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed changed on my Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. In the process, one of the small hubcaps in the center of one wheel was damaged. My service rep pointed this out to me, but did not offer to replace it. Instead, he said I could buy a new one from the parts department for $120. Since the dealership caused this damage, I should not have to pay for fixing it. More

Did not buy my vehicle here, but did try and negotiate with them. Service here was adequate but expense compared to the dealer I am now using. Not very friendly, a bit uppity. Clear bra had to be repla with them. Service here was adequate but expense compared to the dealer I am now using. Not very friendly, a bit uppity. Clear bra had to be replaced at my expense elsewhere, just not up to the standards of the mark. Overall, for a Porsche dealer, I didn't feel the least bit appreciated. My current dealer is great. These people are jokes. Audi in general is a horrible company. Once your car leaves the lot, and you made the purchase, they could careless about you. In the last 6 months my car has been in the shop ove company. Once your car leaves the lot, and you made the purchase, they could careless about you. In the last 6 months my car has been in the shop over 12 times, and STILL ISN'T FIXED!!!! Newport Audi REFUSED to replace my BRAKE BOOSTER UNDER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THEIR PART FAILED AFTER 2 MONTHS... THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE LABOR, OF $136.00 A HOUR!!! They also charged me $179.00 for a transmission repair, and THE TRANSMISSION STILL IS DOING THE SAME THING AS BEFORE!!!! When talking to the Service Manager, he was RUDE and unwilling to help. David, my repair rep, finally refunded me the $179 I spent on the bogus transmission repair. I called Audi Customer Relations and they were unwilling to help me with any of my issues either... BEWARE OF AUDI.... GO DOWN THE STREET TO BMW, OR HONDA... I never had any issues with EITHER ONE OF THEM!!!! More

They have treated all of my concerns and issues seriously and gone through extensive testing to identify potential causes. They listened to all of my feedback and even though I was thinking that I may be wrong, they continued searching and eventually found that there truely was a problem and resolved it! Another time, I had an issue with an aftermarket battery that started leaking. They went to pepboys got the replacement and installed it all on the same day! They are the best by far! More
