He followed up, was nice and friendly, understanding and got me what I wanted. On a side note, I am young and hardly look the 'rich Newport' part. They weren't judgemental at all and that is another reason why I will be returning. More

Giovanni was very patient with all of my questions and concerns and he truly went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He did this without hesitation, excuses, or any pressure so I can make the best decision. All this when I’m very particular so believe me he had to deal with a lot! Car shoppers have so many options these days and dealerships can be hit or miss. This is why it’s important to endorse solid people when you are lucky enough to meet them. I highly recommend this place but more importantly make sure you ask for Giovanni! More

Terrible customer service!!! Show up for a scheduled appointment with a sales representative to view a macan I saw online. Wait 30 minutes in the sales showroom.
