One of the things that stood out to me was when I asked him about a very obscure option that I had never seen. The “Dashboard Trim Package in Leather". He immediately gave me a straight answer "I am not sure, but let me find out for you" Instead of promising something he was unsure of, he correctly informed me he had never seen it on a 718 Cayman. I just really liked his honesty and attentiveness, especially during the 4 month wait for my car to arrive from Germany. He kept me well updated, and usually responded within minutes of any inquiry of mine. For me when Giovanni really really drove it home for me was delivery day. When my Cayman was cleared for release from the port and was put on a vehicle carrier on Valentines Day; Giovanni called me before the car was even completely loaded onto the carrier! He asked what my schedule was like for the day, he was wanted to make my paperwork signing as smooth as possible. He didn’t want to make me wait another day. He definitely delivered, I will gladly buy a car from Giovanni in the future.
