Starting with the sales staff...Giovanni was my point of contact. I don't think I could have been in better hands. He was prompt with my questions and eager to please. I had other buying options in terms of other dealers, however between the great price and Giovannis style as it relates to my customer experience...it was an easy decision to purchase through him. When he passed me to the finance team...the exemplary service continued. It was clear, fast and efficient! Oh and after the signing, of course Giovanni wouldn't let me go just yet. He made sure to go over the car with me...connect/snyc my phone, save my seat and mirror settings, button explanations...I mean Giovanni is good.
